Philosophy

1. KLOBEN AND THE ENVIRONMENT

Using the solar energy to bring heat and well-being in the house, thus respecting the environment.
This has been Kloben's goal for more than twelve years of experience achieved in the project and application of technologies of solar energy.
The exploitation without waste of energy alternative resources and the project of heating plants and radiant cooling falls within Klober company's philosophy which has always invested in the research and in the development of new technologies in order to optimize the exploitation of solar energy and realise more comfortable systems with more reduced energy consumptions.
To burn a lower quantity of fuel means not only to save economical resources but also and mostly to preserve non renewable natural resources and limit environment pollution sources.

2. THE 10 cm PIPE PITCH

In order to achieve the ideal comfort, together with an economical and environmental cost saving, the plants with Kloben radiant floor system are manufactured with an interaxial distance of 10 cm. The 10 cm pitch represents the right compromise for the dimensioning of the radiant system which is supposed to work not only in the low temperature heating but also in the summer cooling.
A dimensioning which allows to work with low temperatures for the heating, this opens the door to the application of the technology of solar thermal vacuum collectors.
Also during the winter season the average performance of the vacuum solar collector allows you to have in the thermal plant heating water at a temperature close to the one necessary for the radiant plant. This means that it is possible to use also in the less favourable season the thermal contribution coming from the sun as a support and integration in the heating of spaces with floor radiant systems.
Also during the summer season, the project choice of a 10 cm pitch in the radiant system proves to be correct, maybe the only feasible one.

3. COMFORT AND MONEY SAVING

This being said, the choice made by Kloben to use the 10 cm. pitch in dimensioning a radiant system pursues the primary goal to guarantee an ideal comfort during any season.
As a matter of fact, for the same reasons expressed in the functioning of the heating, a system with a dense pitch allows a summer comfort reachable more quickly and with more elasticity, together with lower expenses for electrical consumption.
Besides it also has lower costs of plant processing and in the possibility of combining the same with modern technologies for the production of energy (vacuum solar panels, condensation boilers, refrigerators at high performance etc) thus contributing at a quicker economical return of their investment.
